Cheryl B. Austin, who is the author of the cookbook titled “Outer Banks, The Bountiful Coastal Carolina Cookbook,” owns and operates this restaurant.
Owner Biography
A native of the Island, Cheryl has an extensive food background which includes a career working for Marriott Corporation, then later returning to the Island to open the Great Salt Marsh, a three-diamond white tablecloth bistro.
