George created a warm and relaxing atmosphere by using a “wine” theme décor. You will also find bird houses made out of the corks from wine bottles hanging from the ceiling. They are available for purchase if you would like one to hang in your house or give as a gift. Guest can enjoy delectable dishes such as Lump Crab Bisque, Pesto Crusted Sea Scallops over Sautéed Broccoli Rabe or Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb topped with Mushroom Demi Glaze. Complete the experience with one of the forty different wines they feature.
If you are looking for an elegant relaxing fine dining experience, George would like to invite you to come join him at the Flying Fish Cafe!
Located at MP 10, 1 ¼ mile south of the Wright Brothers Memorial.

During the off season, George and his family spend time at their estate, Pez Volador, in Mal Pais, Costa Rica.
